Exchanges: You may exchange your item for a different size if inventory allows.
Store Credit: If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll happily issue store credit.
Pre-Orders: Because each pre-order is made just for you, we are unable to issue refunds. Pre-orders are eligible for size exchange or store credit once received.
Return Window: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
