Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your sweatshirt! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
- Exchanges: If you'd like a different size or style, you can easily set up an exchange through our returns portal. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees for the replacement item.
- Store Credit: Prefer store credit? We'll happily issue a credit for the amount of your order (minus shipping) once your return is received.
- International Orders: We ship internationally, however, please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives in your country.
How it works
Simply head to our returns portal to start your exchange or store credit request. You'll receive a prepaid return label, and once your item makes it back to us, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
A few things to keep in mind
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sweatshirts should be new, unworn, and free from damage, scents, or visible wear.
- Please re-pack your item with care. If a return arrives with signs of wear or heavy wrinkling, a $15 restocking fee may apply.
